Occasionally, I check this site. Ford of Branford has been so good to me and I am happy to support them whenever I can. I live in Waterbury and make the trip to get my car serviced at Ford of Branford. Why? -Because it's a dealership you can trust. We bought my husband's Rav 4 there. Didn't feel pressured to buy, and ended up with a great used vehicle! I was having an issue with my Toyota Highlander, purchased elsewhere. Whenever it's time for an oil change or there's a little something wrong with my Ford Focus, I bring it to Ford of Branford and am dealt with in a timely and professional manner. John the service manager always makes sure that all my questions are answered and will also mention things that I may not even have thought of. Ford of Branford continues their great service. whenever I bring my vehicle in, Sal and the guys are attentive and really interested in my concern. They are fast and the job is done right! Also, they is always fresh coffee and a comfortable waiting area where I can get work done while waiting. 4 stars to Sal Casa and his team!
The service department kept bumping me further back behind other customers. I was rudely informed that customers who wait there get priority and that I was just sitting home doing nothing. I clearly had made a 10 am appointment which I arrived early for. The only reason I went there was because of a recall. They forced me to go to their facility because they sold me a defective vehicle and then treat me like garbage.
