Every time I go to Branford Ford for service I am treated with respect. Paul Harris the service advisor was very helpful and my car was serviced quickly. He pointed out the perks of a program I was not aware of. I would recommend Branford Ford to anyone.
I been getting my car serviced here every sense I bought my car here. I I seems to be working out well. People are nice here also it has a nice waiting room. They keep you up to date should something needs to be addressed. Sometimes the wait can be long. I think it's awesome.
Great service! They fixed what needed to be fixed and gave me a overview of my future maintenance without being pushy.
Once again. Failure to communicate between service and sales resulted in a series of incompetent requests, phone calls etc. After all the trouble I had with my first vehicle there, why I ever bought a second one I have no idea. The vehicle itself is great, however Ford of Branford should not walk around and comfortable as they do acting like they are a reputable dealership. And I'm sure my letter to Ford Corporate won't help much either.
I live in Milford and drive to Ford of Branford because the 3 techs that have always serviced my vehicles went there. They are the Best. Bill W/ Mike G/Don L. Thanks for keeping me going.
