Excellent service. John was very helpful. Definitely would go back.
Told George I had no windshield wash and I was overdue for an oil change. Without hesitation, he took my keys. After changing the oil and doing inspection, George and Bob (service manager) walked me to my car, told me what the issues were and what they recommended. I never felt pressured. They were most helpful. My car was serviced in a timely fashion and was much safer to drive when I left. It was cleaner too! Best service experience ever! Thank you guys!
I had an issue with my 2006 Ford Escape leaking fluid in the morning prior to heading off to work. I was able to pull the car in for service and have it back on the road by 5pm. The car needed additional work as well. Paul at the service desk took good care of me. Great Job Ford of Branford!

Just picked up my new 2017 Ford Titanium Escape last week, after a tree fell on my 2013 Escape and totaled it! Love my new wheels and as always Ford of Branford and Jeff Roskin were just fabulous to do business with!
