I have purchased several vehicles at Ford of Branford. The deals have been great and the service is the best. The staff are the friendliest I've encountered during my years of purchases and repairs. The service department in #1. PS I have never been "FOUND ON ROADSIDE DEAD" in any of my Fords.

Great service!! I brought my 2016 f250 in because my brakes were getting very hot and making noise. They went ahead and put new calipers and pads on. Problem fixed!!

I don't recommend this ford, I had a really bad experience with the service there. They are nice when is convenient for them.
For two years I have been told I can’t make appointments for services. A simple oil change took 3.5 hours... yet again! I was originally told it would take 1.5 hours, but never received a phone call when it was taking longer. I was finally told that I can now make appointments, but still incredibly disappointed.
