I bought my 2016 Ford Edge from Ford of Branford 2 weeks ago. Everyone I worked with was so nice and helpful. They spent a lot of time with me and my husband going over all the details of the car, extended warranties and financing options. My sales man, Chris Lonergan, was especially great. I had a bad experience buying a used car before and he understood when I checked every little detail of the car to make sure it worked. I really like Ford of Branford. I was just in there to get a turning light fixed, and because they check the over they found a screw in a tire so we got that fixed before I ended up with a flat tire somewhere and with the weather turning colder I was really happy to sit in a warm dealership instead of having to change the tire myself.
I just leased a 2018 Ford Escape, my salesman Steve Klebart he is one of the greatest guys I have ever known. He was awesome and got me everything I asked for. Everyone at the Branford Dealership was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. It was by far the best experience at a car dealership I have ever had!!!! Thank you Steve Klebart you are wonderful....if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!
The service is great ,as always. Needed to get new tires because of getting a gash in front tire.Bill Webster took care of not only the tires but also doing the regular service and seat belt recall. The people at Ford of Branford are always courteous and very helpful. Great place to buy a car or truck.
This dealerships winning attitude of putting the customer first is clear. They were fast, efficient, and at no point did I feel pressure to buy a car. James was an awesome salesman with a no bs straightforward attitude. Chris was fast and efficient with taking care of the finances, he even got me a lower rate than my credit union had quoted me at for the same term loan. We bought a 2015 F-150 FX it is an incredible vehicle. Rob Willliard spent plenty of time with us going over all the options in detail. The management was NO pressure we came to an agreement within 2 hours of our test drive. We picked up the truck 10 days ago and Rob called topday to see how everything is going. If you shop and buy from these folks you should no be disapointed. WE were not
Just purchased a 15 Ford Explorer a few days ago, salesman Chris Lonergan was the best, no pressure to buy took a few vehicles out to test drive he did a lot of going in & out of the showroom with a smile, nothing was too much trouble, Josh the manager was great too as was Chris the financial advisor, I would definitely recommend Ford of Branford, now hopefully my explorer will be trouble free, will update after a couple of months of driving my vehicle. 👍
