Very happy with our purchase and how the entire staff treated me and my family. All to often when you go to car dealerships they tell you what you want and treat you as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you in their dealership. From beginning to end I felt as if I was treated not only with respect but what I wanted was important to them. Not once did I feel intimidated or treated unfairly. Would highly recommend this dealership.
Excellent customer service!
Needed to find a service center quickly after a radiator leak on a Sunday night. Ford of Branford was absolutely incredible. There website made it easy to schedule an appointment early Monday morning. Their service staff quickly helped me get checked in and even gave me a ride to enterprise! They kept me updated throughout the day and had the car fixed the same day. Although I get off work late, they even allowed me to pick my car up after normal service hours.
