So my experience with ford of Branford was absolutely incredible. They’re sales staff was great, they handled the financing quickly without a problem and Peter my salesman was everything you could possibly ask from a salesman, he wasn’t pushy, I didn’t get 100 calls and he sold me a great truck. My only concern is that 2 of the tires on my brand new 2019 truck were curbed almost to the wires and when I called service they kind of gave me the run around. I leased a escape three years ago, Chris is awesome one of the nicest, honest people to go over your financial end. Goes above and beyond. I was undecided on what to do. $49.95 "The Works" package cost me $65.21? Mechanic left horrible body odor smell, I had to use upholstery cleaner and Febreze to clean it. 5 minutes after leaving, get call from dealer with used car salesman type pitch because "people want to buy my truck "
I brought my 2015 Escape into Ford of Branford for a routine oil change in late October. While there I was informed that there was a problem with my front axle and that it would be covered under warranty. I chose to have them replace the part that day as well. The following day while driving I noticed that a smell of either fuel or exhaust was coming into the car while I had the air system on. I did not appreciate how I was harass to purchase a vehicle while I was waiting for all change and this salesman got upset because I told him I did not want to purchase a new vehicle I went to for the Branford to get all change at then did not go there to purchase a vehicle so I would appreciate in the future if I could not be harass when I'm there to just to get all change
