I ordered my new F250 at the end of June. I was told upfront that it would take approximately 3 months for delivery ( due to the COVID fiasco ). Well, my truck arrived 2 weeks early and they got it all prepped and ready for me quickly ( about 4 days ). My purchasing experience was very pleasant due to the honesty, hard work and professionalism of the dealership's representative Chris, and the rest of staff there. I highly recommend Ford of Branford to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. 5 stars !!
Excellent service and everything was explained fully by my technician,Nicole Bova . She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood and that I was satisfied. I really appreciate the extra touch of customer service. I will most definitely return for any other service needed.

I brought a jeep for my son at Ford of Brantford , my son is very pleased and happy with his new vehicle. Robert and Tanner were extremely helpful, professional and patient .I would definitely recommend this auto dealer to everyone ..great staff and prices are reasonable and fair.
