RecommendedBought a Ford Escape, Rob and Christopher were both awesome. The whole process was relatively painless. I will definitely go back when I need a new vehicle!
Bought a used 2015 F150 and was given 1 key and no spares or FOBs. Found out from a more respectable Ford dealer that the key was made but not by Ford more likely a locksmith. So in order to have the correct keys, need to buy 2 because they need to be programmed and was quoted $350 each. Should have either had made or disclosed prior to selling. Emailed the saleswoman after finding all this out but never answered.
Cannot say enough about this dealership- service department is the best they were able to correct a problem that other repair facilities could not including another Ford dealership - would not take my Ford Escape anywhere else - One mechanic -Bill Webster took the time to locate and find the source of the noise in our car. They are more than a five star dealership.
Oil change and rotate tires in about an hour. Very fast compared to most dealerships.
Antonio was the absolute best! Between him, Tanner, and Chris, my experience was awesome! I’ll definitely be coming back for my next truck! Finding a truck that suited my needs, trading in my car, and signing all the paperwork was fast and easy! Thanks everyone!
