the service I recieved in the service department was horrible. I felt with unreturned phone calls, the car not being done when promised 2 days in a row, a service advisor who made it clear that good Maks on the customer service questionnaire would determine the service I recieved even told me not to give bad scores because it effect his paycheck. I wont tell you what to do but I will never set foot in that place again
The service department was wonderful to us! I highly recommend them. They took us on even though we bought our vehicle at another Toyota dealership. They were so great that if I need to buy another vehicle I would go to Folsom to buy it. Thank you again Rich!

I would recommend Folsom Lake Toyota. They are very friendly and also available to help and explain everything. We have bought several vehicles from them and have had them service them. We are very satisfied with all their staff and service. I would rate them at a 10.
