Rude Salesman yesterday wouldn't let me test drive a Corolla, after I asked to test drive 5 vehicles. One being a Camry. "No you choose Camry, it's my job!" wtf?? So I walked to Ford and made a purchase. Salespeople Stop being Lazy, get the keys and let people try every car they want. Really wanted to see if I liked the Corolla. I guess I'll never know.

Adam E was the only helpful person at this dealership, although he was great and honestly deserves better, I highly recommend not even shopping for a car at Folsom Lake Toyota due to his higher ups. They are very shady, arrogant, and we’re unwilling to help, let alone even discuss options with us. They will raise the price of what you’re shopping behind your back for no reason, without you knowing. Please don’t waste your time here.
Terrible experience! Waisted my entire day at this crappy dealership. Customer services by the sales team is below par. Adam E did a great job but his higher ups were absolute trash from the beginning! Tony, who should be out of a job, was rude and arrogant. It’s sad he has to embarrass the Toyota name. Don’t shop here and if you do, make sure the numbers add up. They like to raise the price without you knowing!
Never buy from here. They do not disclose all information on used vehicles and they know. We purchased a 2016 Tahoe in January on a Saturday, by Monday morning we were getting service notifications. we bought an extended warranty but Chevy in Elk grove urged us to call Folsom Toyota since quite obviously what they had done was cleared all the codes during diagnostic and should've fixed that. Folsom Lake Toyota botched my DMV registration when I purchased my pre-owned car. I should have received my registration card and plates together. I did not. I did not realize this until the lady at DMV brought up computer database and told me. As a result of the negligence I had to pay extra to reissue a new registration card and plates. Both the salesman and finance officer told me they were not responsible for the oversight and I was given a number to the “DMV department” and told it was staffed by “interns”. All of the service advisors are courteous and professional. My car was done in a timely manner. That is why I always return. The service is excellent.
They have very nice staff and a real nice building. They listen to all that I want in a car and the help of one of the sales guy, I found a good car.
