RecommendedI had a dead battery in the evening. Thank goodness Toyota was open till 7pm. I was able to leave it with Paul and he made it a priority for first thing the next morning. It was done by 8:15am. Awesome customer service!

Service department people are always courteous, competent and thorough. Good communication via phone and text messages to keep me updated on parts status. A couple of the technicians worked until 10pm to make sure my vehicle was finished and ready for pickup on Saturday. How's that for "extra mile"! Nicely done, thank you guys.

After doing research to buy/lease a Highlander, I went to Folsom. Had a wonderful experience working with AJ, who was very personable and forthcoming, and overall great to work with, I would highly recommend him. The rest of the dealership folks were polite and professional, from the front desk, financing, and other salesmen. You definitely don't feel like you're walking into a sharks cove. I didn't feel like it was getting taken for a ride, and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Worse service ever. Awful experience. in this busy time of year they made me wait 2 hours out in the cold for ride back to get my car. every time I called (5 times) to see where is the driver, the receptionist said you are next and should be about 15 minutes. it never happen, I had to call my husband to pick me up. when I got there ,their pickup vans were sitting in the front. bunch of incompetent and lairs work behind phones to answer customer.

I bought a certified used Toyota today and I truly couldn’t be happier with the people I worked with or the service I received. RJ was amazing through the entire process. The sales manager was outstanding and I am so happy with the car. I paid a very fair price, their financing is amazing and I seriously recommend this dealership.
