We found a few cars we wanted to look at and contacted Steve. He was prompt in answering our questions and setting up a same day appointment to meet with us. He walked the lot, answered all of our questions, let me sit in as many cars as I needed to until I found the one ready for a test drive. I had an appointment to service my vehicle at 1:30. I was told my car should be done by 4 and that I would receive a call. I never received a call and showed up at 4 anyway. After being left in the waiting for half an hour I asked how much longer it would be. The associate then told me “hopefully it’s done because your technician left half an hour ago”. After waiting all that time I had to wait longer to pay and after that I had to wait longer for someone to return my key, so I ended up grabbing my key myself. Very disappoin... read more

Went in to buy a truck. I researched other dealerships and found that others don’t charge the dealer markup like Folsom does. The salesman and manager got very defensive and irratated when I pointed it out. I left and drove to Modesto Toyota and got exactly the same truck 11,000 dollars cheaper. Modesto Toyota knocked it out of the park, and no dealer markups.

we just bought a 4Runner. best car buying experience I have ever had. Go see Carl he was our salesman. after the deal was done he programmed everything for us. They made it fun and not stressful at all. I highly recommend them, and I will be back.

Scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. When I arrived on time, the advisor was rude. He was very condescending when I declined extra services. I waited 2 hours before asking about my car. After several employees did their best to track down my advisor, he finally showed up. Then he told me I had to wait while he helped a new customer that just walked in the door. My service on 1/5/19 was done in a timely manner. Rich was very pleasant to work with. I was just a little sad that the car wash wasn’t working that day, but I was told I could return any time for a complimentary car wash.
