Waited ten minutes before being seen by Todd Uyehara who was not my service rep. He politely and professionally took care of my 40K service for s 2016 Prius. He even escorted me to the shuttle desk for a ride home. He called me promptly when my car was done and sent the shuttle to pick me up. I will request Todd from now on. Max points for Todd.
Paul was right on time for our service repair at 7:00 AM. He told us the servicing would take.1.5 hours. We were please when It was completed within an hour.
The service was great and Gibriel was very qualified and polite.
Rick Brown is a really good service advisor. He was able to get me in at my appointment time and out 30 minutes early! Great service and I'm treated with respect! I definitely recommend Folsom Lake Toyota!
