RecommendedWaited ten minutes before being seen by Todd Uyehara who was not my service rep. He politely and professionally took care of my 40K service for s 2016 Prius. He even escorted me to the shuttle desk for a ride home. He called me promptly when my car was done and sent the shuttle to pick me up. I will request Todd from now on. Max points for Todd.
