Today we went SUV shopping.Test drove a FRunner.Then asked to test drive a Tundra.The salesmen was going to pass us off to Carl.He could no find him.Then told us to come back later.As we were leaving we saw 3 salesman leaning on a bed of a truck,asked if they test drive a Tundra.They were shooting the bull.They said they were busy.Mind you our lease is up in March which We leased from them.Highly Disappointed 😞
bought a 2012 toyota highlander.. went and got my oil changed at a local oil shop and I had to replace all my filters! first oil change i have had! I got my car a month ago! I dont trust them when they say everything is ok and we did a oil change! they lie! I have never seen such dirty filters!!!
RecommendedLove my new car and I'm really happy with my terms. Mitchell was an excellent and understanding salesperson, I wasn't pressured and they worked with my demands. My last experience buying a car was a nightmare but this time I'm glad I went to Folsom Lake Toyota.
