This was my first time visiting Folsom Lake Toyota. The professional, kind treatment I received has made me a fan of the service department here. I will be recommending it to my family and friends and will return to buy a vehicle 🚗 in a couple years as well. My contact person (Gibriel Kargbo) was fantastic. He explained everything completely and offered me water and helped me put all my belongings in my car. I have a bad hip. I felt like he was a nice nephew. To be treated like family is the best!! I have used Folsom Lake Toyota for 12 years for all my service needs. This time was different. The staff looked a little rough and my service advisor wasn’t very friendly either. He had me wait to pick up my car when it was finished while he helped an attractive young woman learn about her new iPhone. I wouldn’t recommend this new staff any longer. Such a shame.
My service was as expected..friendly greeter.service manager listen to my concerns. and work was done in a timely manner
