RecommendedI was promptly greeted and Paul was out to get me off to the lounge. Car ready on time. All works for me. Appreciate the outlets for charging phone but more placed near the chairs would be nice.
RecommendedI took my 2017 Prius Prime in for service yesterday and Gibriel was awesome! Got car dropped of and service papers signed plus some new needed tires with $170 off(!) in no time at all. He kept me updated by text and arranged for the shuttle to pick me up when my car was ready! Thanks Gibriel! FIVE STAR SERVICE!

get knowledgeable service staff. guy couldn't even add 50+50+20. also didn't explain all the red numbers on the post alignment. also, after a couple of texts, how about a call since replies too 20 minutes at times.
