For my last service appointment to get my oil changed I took my new care to Roseville Toyota where I bought the car. They were so slow, it took a little over 3 hours for a oil change and a 6 month check up. Now at my next oil change and a one year check up I decided to try Folsom Lake Toyota. The staff were very nice but again I waited for 3 hours for my oil change service . Is this normal, 3 hours for an oil change? I was glad I brought my lawn chair and could find a nice place away from people in the shade.

I tried to be nice and send this privately via email 2 weeks ago, I emailed Jeff Bear the general manager and messaged the service department. No one has gotten back to me. My service person, Pam Liberty, has always been very nice, professional and efficient. It’s a bit of a long wait for routine maintenance but the waiting area is comfortable.
