RecommendedFriendly, efficient and professional service! Offered me a deeply discounted price on an alignment for my Highlander. My excellent service advisor, Chris Avalos, also helped to discover that I had a dangerous situation with my front brake calipers which was quickly repaired. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to my home. For many years I have taken my car to Folsom Lake Toyota for major service/repairs. They treat you right.
The service is great and the people are friendly. Never have had a bad service day.

It’s a smaller dealership with less overhead than other Toyota dealerships and their prices with discounts are passed on. They have good service advisors who work with you and the work is done right the first time. Working with an advisor that you trust will treat you fairly is a must and Richard Sarmiento fits that need.
