RecommendedMy 2018 rav 4 was serviced today, and I was very pleased with their service. I've been looking for a Toyota dealership that cares about their customers. I've been to Roseville, Santa Cruz, and Elk Grove and it was clear that once they sell you a car, you are forgotten...or worse. I was beginning to think that their policy was to sell you a new car, and when the service department failed you, sell you another one. Folsom's Lake is the best!

Had a great service visit yesterday. I was brought in quickly, sat in the comfortable waiting room doing my work, and the service was completed in about 1.5 hours. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Our sales person Juan was great, friendly!!! Thank you The finance department was a different story. All started off good. There was an understanding about our down payment. Folsom Lake Toyota did not do what we had agreed upon. Did not follow through. Very disappointing and frustrating at the same time. So on that end lack of customer service and in the end lack of respect.

Fantastic customer service at Folsom Lake Toyota. Pam kept me updated on my Camry’s progress, answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable. There is no other place I would tKe my Toyota!
