My wife called and made sure the car was there the day prior and they told us it was and they would call us if it was sold before we made the drive from Chico. We made the trip and they had it ready for us. I did a quick test drive and then went over numbers. no haggling because we did our homework. they made it very easy and fast. They made an appt last minute for me to clear a recall. They took me to work after dropping off my car and they had my car done by lunch for me to pick up. Had me in and out real fast. Excellent customer service.
