Recommended10/10 Experience every time. We’ve gotten many cars and trucks from here since 1998 and got a great deal each time. Everyone is super friendly, professional and willing to bargain. At the end of the day their goal is to make their customers happy and I can say they do that to the fullest extent. Highly recommended.
Service went smooth. I waited for the vehicle and the waiting area made my wait pleasant.
The Service Department staff, specifically Gibriel, is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is spacious and clean. They also provide free snacks, bottled water and coffee. There’s really no excuse not to go to Folsom Lake Toyota to provide maintenance of your existing Toyota car.
I loved my sales experience with Carlos. No pressure, he let us look and test drive cars. I then decided I really wanted 2019 hatchback Corolla instead of sedan style. I love hove sporty it is and love the blizzard white color! Thank you!
I purchased a used vehicle in February. They were happy to sell me a nice Honda Accord. When I purchased the vehicle, they didn’t install the mats or have it ready to drive off the lot. They also agreed to fix the cars issue of drifting to the right. Well they dropped the ball and never notified the service dept. I had to chase the dealer and service department to get it done. Good service department! Service advisor Gbriel is stellar. Not only have I purchased numerous vehicles from this dealer but have the service department care for them. I was in today April 26, 2019 for routine PM service on our Prius and Gbriel and the Toyota service techs delivered their usual prompt and professional service.
