I love the snacks and drinks they provide. the fresh baked cookies are delicious. The waiting room is super spacious with plenty of room to sit with comfy chairs. They also have a kid play area to keep the kids busy and a quiet room. The waiting time was about 2 hours which was a long wait time for me.
Service was timely completed. And my car was washed!!

Service employee Dave McGee was great but the scheduling from the Texas call center is awful. They are over booking customers, no follow up email or appointment reminders and portly trained phone staff. Folsom Toyota needs to make the appointments themselves and close out the phone center in Texas.

My advisor Chris was friendly and easy to work with. He also found me a deal that got me a few things fixed for less than the price of the original service I went in for.
