Jay Bridgeman noticed a small scratch on a white Sienna. Because I pulled in close to the Sienna, he assumed I caused it. The surveillance video does not show any collision, but is grainy and unclear. The salesman who was standing there confirms the cars didn’t touch, there was no contact. Bridgeman refuses to believe that, tells the owner of the Sienna I hit his car, and refuses to provide me a copy of the surveillance footage, saying he can’t. I am writing this to rave about the high level of service I received recently from Folsom Lake Toyota. I’ve had my 2016 Sequoia serviced here for the last couple of years. I’ve always been pleased with the level of service I have received from them, so it came as a bit of a surprise when I had my tires replaced and my rims were damaged in the process.
