Rude customer service. I was told no sequoia TRD in stock after I informed the salesman John Koo that I was there only to look. A sequoia TRD was parked 10 feet away. I would stay away from this dealership if this is the way they treat future customer. Made me realize why I hated car shopping and why everyone is turning to online shopping.

Adam and Gerald were great to work with. They took a low pressure approach to the sale. I even told them I wanted to go home and sleep on it and do a little more research and there was no push back. My only complaint was the financing department guy was pushy and seemed irritated that I took my time reviewing the contractual documents. Other than that, it was a great experience!

very low stress, very calm relaxing facility and staff. my sales rep was very very. knowledgeable. the buying part was not the typical good cop bad cop approach. it was very low stress. only downside was that they could of had more of a selection and did not have the high end version of the car I bought on site.

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a car company. I will never purchase from this dealer ever again. I have had nothing but trouble with every part of service including the Collision Division and Maintenance Division. We were lied to when we first purchased the lease on our Prius and they would not answer simple questions we asked about the equity of the current lease. Recall on airbags on my xB. Parts finally in. Scheduled repair following week (my convenience). Dropped off xB & shuttle took me 2Palladio so I got 2see movies.
