I have a positive experience with Folsom lake Toyota service department. I’m servicing my cars there for last 10 years. Very professional staff and high quality work. My only complaint would be constantly raising prices however this very common on all dealership.

I had a great buying experience at Folsom Lake Toyota. I wanted a color that was difficult to find. They were able to get a car with that color and at a cheaper price than other dealers were willing to give. It was a quick and easy experience.

They honored a 25 yr old warranty on a muffler for my 1979 Toyota. While they don’t make the muffler anymore, they shipped it out for the repair and it runs great. They took very good care of us and the vehicle.
