Christopher A. was a fantastic assistant and was an incredible help today! I originally came in for a regular oil change, and when they found I had a leak he helped me get it all sorted out and kept me very well informed on what was happening with my car without making me feel like I was in over my head. I was also given a rental car to borrow for the day so I could continue my previous plans without any delay. He was kind, professional, and personable. Once I brought my truck in I had a quick response. Paul gave me an estimate within 5 to 10 minutes and the rest of the staff were very friendly. If only my insurance company was quick to do their job I would’ve had my truck back in three days. But because my insurance company lax coordination and communication I got my truck back a week and a half later. I will be definitely taking my truck back to Toyota service for the things I need! thank you guys!
