RecommendedGibriel gives great customer service. I went in for oil change and decided to do my 50,000 mile tunes up and they finished very quickly while I was having coffee at Starbucks close by. Great service!

5 Star all the way i will go back for my next car and will sent family and friend. I been to 5 other place and was not happy but Folsom Lake Toyota made you feel like family and it all depends who you get as you Sale Represented. He was very good and not pushing to buy.

I take my car to Folsom Lake Toyota for all services. Yesterday, Matthew Johnson was my service advisor. I arrived early and didn't have to wait until my appt. time. Matthew explained the choices for my 50,000 mile service and answered my questions and I was on my way for a hike and lunch. Via text message, I received a detailed report of the technician's findings. I was able to approve/disapprove additional services with just a touch on my phone.
