My experience with Folsom Lake Toyota was awesome! My service writer was a really great guy named Brad, and he informed me of each & every little detail that was going on. He was very upfront and very pleasant to work with. Next time I bring my car in I will definitely ask for him again!

The service center is awesome. The staff is really polite and knowledgeable and my service was completed faster than they said it would take, so I was pleasantly surprised. The waiting area has a separate quiet room away from the TV and traffic to/from the complimentary coffee machine and snack area, which is nice too.

Lack of professionalism in the mechanics (Austin Alameda). Friend brought it in for a simple oil change. Got her car posted on his social media talking down about her car.
