I worked with Alex, the Costco rep, at Folsom lake toyota on the deal to get my new highlander, he went way out of his way to help and it really made everything go smoothly, hit the best deal I could, not only that just because of how he helped me, were are coming back in 2 months to buy another car from him

Terrible, misleading sales experience. Had worked out a deal with the salesman regarding my trade in and purchase of a 2014 certified tundra. When I arrived to finalize the deal, I explained that they were not to run my credit until we had the numbers set in stone. I filled out the credit application form, and was assured that my credit would not be ran until I verbally approved it. Went to Folsom lake Toyota today for my car service and they took care of me pretty quickly. It was nice to be in and out Chris was awesome ! 4 star review because they washed my car and there was still bugs all over it from my trip. But it’s a free wash so thank you.
