Customer service was nice and the shuttle driver was very friendly but the fact that it took 5 hours for a oil change for me to get my car back unacceptable!!!

They can’t even commit for wait time for simple things like oil changes and tire rotation. My wife almost missed school pickup of my kids due to this

2014 Tacoma Prerunner I went in for normal scheduled maintenance 40,000 & an alignment since they mentioned last year when I was there that when it was time for me to get new tires I would need an alignment. I got new tires three weeks ago and asked if they could do the alignment in addition to my normal scheduled maintenance. They took 2 plus hours for a tire rotation and they didn’t even get it washed. I had a appointment as well so no excuse I think I will take my business somewhere else. They also dented my tailgate the last time I was here. Can not recommend this place to anyone
