Our 2004 Prius, which we love, unfortunately needed a new invertor assembly. Service Advisor Paul Barwick had the difficult job of informing us about this expensive repair. He talked us through our options and gave us room to decide with no judgement; we chose to get her fixed since she has been such a great car. Paul also found an old recall item I'd neglected so they took care of that as well. It was ready a full day earlier than expected and is back in top form. We bought our scion IM in August of 2016 we use it for work my wife and I wear the same type of clothing. After less than 3000 Miled the treading in the driver's seat started to deteriorate, I complained about it to Toyota and said it was an outside influence BS it'd poor quality. I agrugued with them for 1-1/2 yrs they told me to contact Toyota Corp which I did and they refuse to repair it. At this point we are selling the car and I will never own another Toyota again and would tell any one stay clear they don't stand behin... read more
