Everyone was very disorganized. They would not take a phone or online order for a new key, but after ordering and paying for the key in person (30 minutes from in my home), no one could find it when I came from my service appointment to have the key programmed. Parts and service do not coordinate with each other, so Service did know my part was ordered or in stock. My wait time was estimated at 1.5 hours, but at 2.5 hours, I was still waiting.
