First visit to Folsom Lake Toyota after moving west from the East Coast. Kyle was our service manager and he was excellent. Very informative and detailed and took a lot of time with us which we appreciated. As far as the technical competency, our most challenging problem involved a frozen control arm which was making an alignment difficult. The alignment was done to some extent but it remains to be seen whether this was done sufficiently or not. Time will tell.

I scheduled an appointment for a recall notice on my 2013 prius. Got there at 7:30 am. on 2/19. Spent 1 hour in the waiting room. They then informed me that they did not have the necessary parts needed for the recall fix and that I would have to bring the prius back in. Not good. Were supposed to contact me when they had the parts for the recall fix. As I write this review it is 2/27 and I have not heard back from them.
