Had my car back at promised time even though they had to replace brakes . They let you know th u ng that mght be a problem in future but don't push the sale. Shuttle is a great help!

Knowing what I wanted was a big plus. When I got to Toyota at Folsom, I approached the John Co and told him exactly what I wanted, which model, year and options that I wanted. I had the stock number and he pulled the vehicle up for me to take a test drive. After the test drive I said okay let's talk about the price. I had an estimate from TrueCar and I told them I wanted them to beat that price. After a couple hours of negotiating they beat that price and also gave me a decent price for my trade in. Matt was extremely helpful! He went over the entire inspection and discussed any concerns that arose. Great work. I was displeased that my vehicle was washed but not dried and they left huge water stains all over my vehicle. I had to take it to a car wash after to get it done properly. This is the 2nd time it has happened.

I walked in, drove out 2 hours later with exactly what I wanted (and more...👍🏻.) My salesman klaus, so great to work with. Knowledgeable, kind, and he listened to me and found exactly what I wanted and spent a good deal of time educating me on the features of the car.
