I turn in my Tacoma Truck for oil change on 2/9/2018 at 8:30am. They promise me shuttle to take me home. I waited for 2 hours and 40 minutes and mo one send me home I was upset and check with the lady at the counter again. She told some time it will take more than 2 to 3 hours waiting. That is not right. If they cannot take me home why don't they just tell me straight. I end up called my husband off ftom work and pick me up. I have a 2015 PRIUS, that I bought brand new with an extended service contract. I’ve owned my car approx. 2.5 years and never miss her regular “well baby checks”. While I bought her in Gilroy, Folsom Lake Toyota is our pediatrician, general practitioner, internist and cosmetic surgeon�. I wouldn’t trust any one else with my baby. Yesterday - we had one of our regular well baby checks. My fear has been that since they’ve already been paid for - are these visits so routine and not worth any money - are they JUST doing the bare... read more

I asked for specific information from a 4 wheel alignment. (tires cupping) they aligned the car and all specs were ok snd in the meddle of the spec range. They adjusted the the wheels to the edge of the spectrum. ( uncalled for) I also had new tires put on and now I don't know why the left front was cupping even after rotating tires. Lousy communication.
