My only issue is the amount of time it takes for an oil change. If they tell you it can take up to 2 hours, expect to be there no less than 2 hours. I was advised they are in in process of hiring more service techs to allow 2 techs per vehicle to help speed up the process. Hopefully this happens.

My service appointment for my 30,000 mile service was scheduled for 8am . They got me in earlier as I was there. I got right in. My service advisor was Rick Brown. Very polite and good service. I was there for under 2 hours! My car was washed, too. I will definitely recommend Folsom Lake Toyota. I don't take my car anywhere else!

I least my car three years ago from you I came in to turn it into a loan and you kept your word and got me a awesome loan with a very small interest-rate everyone was fantastic. You also speeded things up for me when I got a text of bad news to get us out of there and to the hospital thank you so much for all the hard work you did. During the three years I lease the car you took wonderful service of it for free. I will come back to buy a car when I need another new one.
