I just bought a Camry 2014 from them and I have an extended warranty for 7 years , I had a problem with the engine ( oil massive consumption ) , first thing they charge me 138$ for only trouble shooting , then they keep saying that’s normal , the engine oil shouldn’t vaporized am pretty much sure about that and the car mileage is 24kM and they keep saying it’s normal and if u want more checking I have to pay more , so what’s the extended 7 years warranty for ????

Today i brought in my car because i had 2 flat tires. (Someone slashed them) The guy who helped me was named Dave and he was really nice and helped me through the super stressful situation i was put in. He even checked to see what else he could do for me and noticed i had free maintenance on my account and i got a free oil change as well.
