Folsom Toyota’s service center completed the 30K service on my 2016 Forerunner in a couple of hours and saved me over $100 over the next scheduled 3 services. Their online service appointment scheduler is quick and easy, too!
Great place fast service, I took my car in for maintenance that was at 100,000+ miles and had it done in no time with a reasonable price. I tried bringing my vehicle in to other maintenance shop but had issues with my car being too low since I modified my car when I was young and thought it was cool back then. Even though my car was reject from other shops for being too low, the toyota service shop was able to work on it and booked me in their schedule the next day.

I brought in my scion today for a couple of recall’s that needed to be done. My service guy Tim was great. The setting up for the shuttle home and back again was great. I only had one hiccup. I was originally told This was going to be a two hour fix. So i brought my son- and some books- and Starbucks to keep us busy while waiting. He’s two so it was an effort to keep him occupied. I’ve been taking my 09 Camry here for the past 7-8 years for service and Maintainance. I keep coming back because I trust my vehicle will be fixed correctly and I’ll be back on the road again. Way to go Chris and thanks! No complaints except for the shuttle incident on a prior visit, and I also was told I’d have a loaner, and then got there and had to rent one because they said they don’t loan. Rent vs Loaner- two different things. I’ll likely buy my next vehicle here with confidence.

I really enjoy going to have my car serviced there. Every time I go my car is taken on time and is ready when they say it will be done. Matthew Johnson is always extremely helpful. If he doesn’t know the answer he directs you to someone who does. I drive 25 minutes to go there when there is an other dealer close by because of their service. The waiting area is also nice and the quiet room is very much appreciated.
