My review is for the service department and was prompted by text for a review. I brought my Scion in for an oil consumption study last week. When I went back a few hours later to pick up the car, I was given a list of repairs that they suggested. One of the repairs was listed as critical as they had found a coolant leak which required replacement of the water pump and serpentine belt among other things. Went in for my 5,000 service on Saturday and now I have to take time off work and take it somewhere else to have it done properly. Every time I take my car in to a Toyota dealership I end up having to pay someone else to fix their mess. Don’t even know why I paid to extend my warranty �
