Awesome service just like my first time a few months back they took care of my car and also just a special thanks here to Jean i think his name is which he s in the shuttle service who gave me a ride back and forth to the service center what a pleasant guy he is to talk too and i actually remembered him from last time Toyota you are lucky to have Jean there such a kind guy.

The first sales person I worked with, Carl Spargo, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn't there the day I came back so I was assigned to work with John Co. Wow, what a difference. Not only did John not know anything about the car, he seemed to not be interested in finding out more about it (he didn't think about looking up information on his phone if he couldn't answer a question). I was very unimpressed with Jay the manager today. I called a few weeks ago to make an appointment to have a recall on the passenger side sliding door on my 2014 Sienna fixed, it doesn’t latch and has started closing on my grandchildren as they try to get in. I was initially told that I would be provided a loaner car to get myself to work the next day. I called today to verify since no one called like I was told they would.
