Had excellent service at a fair price through a very nice man , name Jacob .
Matthew Johnson provided excellent direction on what maintenance was needed for my 2010 Tundra. He also worked with corporate to have a extended warranty concern covered, ordered the parts and set up a following appointment to have the work completed.

When I dropped my car I waited for 20 mins even though I had an appt to drop off my car. Then when I went to pick up my car I was given my keys and a service advisor did not even talk to me about anything. The receptionist just gave me my keys. When I got home and looked at the packet they gave me, it had a list of recommendations that I need to replace. Shouldn’t they have gone over all that with me ? Elk Grove Toyota will be getting my business from here on out. They actually have good customer service.
