So I had purchased a beautiful 1998 4runner and had it checked out by a Toyota dealership in LA before I flew out to purchase it. They said everything looked good on the car except for clutch fluid and brake fluid needed to be flushed. So that gave me the green light the purchase the car. I recently leased my 2018 Camry from Folsom Lake Toyota and my experience was exceptional. It started with my sales person (Klaus). He was very professional and demonstrated a hassle free environment. He took the time to follow up on everything he said he would. The finance guys were awesome too. They offered a payment within my budget without all the back and forth chatter of trying to over price me. Most importantly, they got me in and out very quickly. great service, my oil change came with muilti point inspection which elk grove toyota did not do for me. chase was a good service advisor he even let me know my brakes were very low and which i had replaced myself. thanks again.

I had a very good experience with Folsom lake Toyota. We had got there I had a very good sales guy come up to us his name is Mackenzie Rennan. He did not push us, bother us, he was great, answered all my questions made me feel very comfortable. Because of this I am very pleased with everything. I will be back and would highly recommend him. They have great customer service I got what I wanted the manager was great and Jerry Castello was awesome�And usually when you go looking for a car you are there for hours and hours and hours.... I think we were there For 3 1/2 Hours� so if you need a car � go to Folsom Lake Toyota and ask for Jerry Castello �����������And I just want to thank you Jerry for all your hard work and great customer service�������

Great service department, very fast and helpful. I usually do a drop off in the morning and I almost always have my car back by lunchtime. Quality staff, I especially recommend Paul. He gets the job done!

I had a flat tire and my tires were worn had groceries in the backseat. I spent about two and a half hours there but that's okay because I now have four new tires. There was a sale so I got three and the fourth one cost me a dollar. Great job and thank you for taking care of me.
