I would give 5 stars but they haven’t been able to figure out the issue and fix it! Amazing staff, hard workers, great customer service.. just have an issue they have never seen before! I am very grateful that that believe me, unlike Elk Grove Toyota that even with pictures didn’t believe me. Folsom Toyota will figure it out eventually, I’m sure !!

We have been long time customers of FLT (over 25 years) and always get great service. My service consultant, Chase Davis,was very friendly and fast. I didn’t feel like he wanted to talk me into something that was not needed. Very sincere.

Service AND customer service were excellent. Tundra was ready to go and all items on ck list are completed. Jake is an awesome service advisor. Anytime we've had questions etc, he's taken care of us. Our favorite Toyota service center is definitely Folsom!

Folsom Lake Toyota makes taking your car in for maintenance a good experience. I usually just wait in their clean, comfortable waiting area with a good book to read while they work on my car. They are always friendly and happy to see you. One thing I wish they did which my Nissan service center does, is have you check all your car lights and turn signals to make sure they are working properly before you get out of the car at dropoff.
