Folsom Lake Toyota's service department is amazing. Gibriel Kargbo went out of his way to thoroughly explain everything about my service, answer my questions, and even showed me how to use the really cool espresso/coffee machine they have (complimentary for customers along with apples, cookies, tea, and water bottles). He really made me feel like a friend or family member. The service was done an hour faster than anticipated, the lounge was comfy, and they washed my car for free. FOLSOM Lake TOYOTA is the best. I purchased my car there in 2004 and nobody believes it is that old!! I keep it in great shape, but FOLSOM Lake TOYOTA has kept it running like new! The people are always friendly and helpful. The lobby is very comfortable so I always wait for my car to be serviced. They are #1 in my book.

Folsom Toyota did a great job and the service department was very accommodating and met our needs. Got out 4Runner in the same day as we live in Placerville and it met with our schedule. We got s call that it was done much quicker than anticipated. Everyone super nice. Tried to take it to Thompson’s in Placerville since it was closer but attitude scared us away. Salesmen were awesome also. This is our second experience with Folsom Toyota and it was the same with our FJ Cruiser. Thank you Folsom Toyota!!
