Get my 2016 RAV4 serviced here on a regular basis. Brad was my last service advisor and he was terrific! I’d been having an issue between my iPhone and the car and he walked me through re-setting the connection. I appreciate the quick quality service this dealership provides! �

Last weekend we purchased two Prius primes with the help of Jerry and Mathew. The dealership itself is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful with anything you may need. As far as the car buying experience, both Jerry and Mathew worked very hard to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted and were taken care of. I dropped in without an appointment today since my tire looked like it was going flat. Matt got me in and my car was repaired timely. It was less than what I thought it was going to be so I was happy. Thank you MATT for giving me excellent service.

I moved from California a few years ago, made multiple requests to stop sending me emails. Was fine for the past couple years and now out of nowhere I'm getting emails from them again. These jerks don't respect your privacy. At this point it seems the only way I'll stop receiving emails from these guys is if they go out of business.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Folsom Lake Toyota. I’ve brought my cars there for maintenance services over the past 14 years and will continue to bring them there in the future. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Gibriel was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care of including checking the previous service report to make sure there wasn’t anything that needed to be addressed during this visit. Thank you!
