I took my car to Folsom Lake Toyota today and I did not have an appointment, but Rick was so helpful he got me in and out in a timely manner. I was a couple minutes early for my appointment and was promptly greeted by an employee. My truck needed an oil change and tire rotation. I had already replaced my air filter and cabin filter. The service writer didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary which I appreciated. No pressure. I waited at the dealership for the service to be completed and it was done in a very timely manner. I was treated like a customer wants to be treated and I will be back for my next service.
