I have a high credit score. Always get approved automatically for credit cards. Bought **** and applied for the **** rewards card. They pended my application, then requested a signed original copy of my social security card, a copy of my driver's license and 2 years worth of W2. What kind of antiquated customer verification is this? I escalated to a manager who was happy to terminate my application. If this is any indication of how they do business, stay away!!!

I never agreed to have an a credit card opened in my name, my account was automatically transferred from another company. I never received cards or a statement until there was a past due notice. My charges from my previous card transferred over but the autopay did not. I called and waited on hold for about 45 minutes to pay my bill and request the information I needed for online banking so I wouldn't have to call to pay my bill again, I was told that I needed to have a card to do that and that cards would be sent. In only the 2nd month after they bought ******* card business they are holding payment for 14 days before crediting account. Without reason just because they can. Zero credit issues, late payments or charge backs but yet they're still holding the payment even though payment has been deducted from my account. And they refuse to help in anyway. Terrible Card policies in 2nd month of transactions.

I have had nothing but problems since the ******* has switched from ********* to FNBO. I put my checking account into the system so that I could pay my bills online. For some reason their system keeps telling them it is not a valid checking account. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong, instead of trying to figure out why the problem was occurring in their system. Had a 4500 dollar credit limit. Paid it off and they dropped it to 1000 no reason or explanation.

Highly Suspicious lack of transparency. Just getting started with the new BP program, but I getting a very bad taste. eMails about logons are coming from ' ***************************** ' and nothing in the emails identifies them as coming from FNBO in any way. All other banks and CC processors I deal with clearly identify themselves in all communications.
