I am leaving. There is no call center support 4 customers. I held the line over 1 hour waiting to report a lost card. The only can support payments over the phone. Unacceptable.

I have been with FNBO for over ten years and have been very happy with them. However, about two weeks ago, I noticed that my "Available Funds" field on the app and website was missing. I could only see the balance field, but not any pending transactions. I called FNBO, and the first associate and supervisor said it appeared to be a bug. They suggested I talk to their tech group. Wish I could do negative 10 review, worst banking & credit card experience. Terrible customer service and policies, make it hard for customer when experiencing a hardship. Randomly lower credit limit and close account and will steal your points. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! *********** has been fantastic for me!!!!

I started doing business with this bank when they bought the credit card that was formerly known as Murphy Gas Stations. They are mostly located near ********. And since I shop there a lot, it was easy to get my gas there. They offered 5 cents off a gallon which was great as I drive a lot. They stopped doing that when FBNO took over but it was still ok because Murphy's still has the cheapest gas in town where I live. I opened a secured account two years ago and payed off my balance a year ago. They just closed my account, because it shows on my credit report. I called to find out why and when will I get my deposit back and they replied its not closed, but clearly it is.

On February 15, 2022, I applied for a ************* Credit Card, for which I intended only to use for gasoline purchases at a local **** Gas Station. On March 14, I received a letter from them, in which they now claim that they can't continue with my application unless I provide the following information within 20 days: 1. Copy of my driver license/state ID verifying my mailing address 2. Signed copy of my original social security card 3. We've used their business credit card for over a decade, paying in full every month. Dec. our check must have been lost or delayed in the mail during the holidays. They turned our card off for usage (we run a small non-profit) and began contacting us for payment collections. I explained the situation & that we'd never had any issues until then. FNBO I applied for a **** credit card after they had sent me many requests to do so since I bought my **** Ranger. FNBO sent me a letter back wanting a copy of my driver's license, w-2's for two years, and a copy of my social security card. I have had excellent credit and have not been asked for this in forty years. I own my own home and have paid for my new **** Truck, and I am debt free. So I've been a member of this bank for 2 almost 3 years and as of today I'm no longer. I've never missed a payment on my card and rarely ever used it. It was stolen from me and acquired charges on it that were not mine. The bank refused to dispute it off. Then as I'm working the days to get figured out they hit my credit for past due and dropped my score 71 points .
