I filed a fraud claim. FNBO denied the claim saying I "elected in an initial trial offer". They told me to contact the merchant to avoid future billings. I contacted the merchant. They said they could not explain why I was charged and was unaware of a trial offer. The business issued a refund. I do not understand how the fraud investigator with FNBO could not get the same results. Do not put your money with a place that will not help to protect your money. You are on your own when it comes to FNBO.

Close the good standing account due to credit activity. I have a score of 780 and never had a late payment and randomly closed an account is how you not do business

Had a credit card with FNBO. They decided to close the account, but didn't bother to tell me. A notification from my budget software was how I found out. Called the company, asked what was going on, was told I had too many recent late payments. I paid the card off in October of last year, so I asked them to elaborate; they could not. Apparently, 8 months later, they decided I'm late? Customer service was completely non-helpful.

This bank credit card is horrible. Never missed a payment always pay over the amount due. Every time we pay they just keep dropping the credit balance which in turn affects our credit score across the board. We will be paying off this card soon and cancelling our card this bank will destroy your credit even if you are never late. Don't apply for this card horrible horrible

Seems my complaint is quite in line with others.I have had account for about 30 years . They just closed account due to account inactivity and said they sent notices. I only received the one in february of this year. I tried to use account but cards were expired Called to get new ones which were sent in mail at same time as account is closed. Had to have been marked for deletion. Missed one payment during a change of life event Oct 2020. FNBO took action ever sense. They have reduced two limits by over 60% and closed a credit line with a zero balance. I have owned and maintained these lines of credit for years! This has adversely impacted my credit score well over 30pts and they continue to attack! I happened to just take another reduction of $1200 on one of my unsecured lines again, without cause!

I had a credit card with First National Bank of Omaha. I was sent a pre approval from them about a few months ago started using the card and paying it off every month in perfect standing and all of a sudden one day my credit card was closed with absolutely no explanation. Horrible customer service awful company.

FNBO, in a nutshell stay away!! They have serious issues with online banking services. They choose to decline your payments without notification to the customer as to why. FNBO online just chooses not to pay it even tho money is in your account. Worst bank I've ever been with for online services, they have costed me money for the last time . Got a call from a fraud prevention line rep called Rebecca, and she was very rude and unhelpful on the phone.
